Lurgan Sheep Vet is run by Ann, an experienced mixed vet with a deep passion for flock health and productivity. Alongside her veterinary work, Ann and her husband, Gert,  farm sheep and cattle on a hill farm in Perthshire. Ann will combine her work at Lurgan vet with a part-time PhD at the university of Edinburgh on co-infection, metabolism and lamb survival: an investigation into the factors that underpin sustainable lamb production in UK sheep flocks. With both practical farming experience and veterinary expertise, Ann is committed to helping farmers improve flock health and efficiency through practical, low input solutions.
